The Smart Operator Management Module gives you access to invaluable gaming data in an easy to read chart form enabling you to immediately recognise trends, anomalies and instantly see if your gaming operation is performing at its best.

This module gives you complete graphical analysis of:

• Turnover of each EGM
• Profit of each EGM excluding JP wins
• Banking Profit of each EGM including JP wins
• Total Wins of each EGM
• Jackpot Wins of each EGM
• Stroke - the popularity of each EGM

These graphs can be viewed over any desired date or time range; daily, weekly, monthly or over any specified time period. Charts can be grouped by specific EGM, times, days or weeks.

Smart Operator’s Graphical Reporting Module will also overlay service faults of each specific EGM against any of the above charts, allowing you to directly determine if the low turnover or profit of an EGM is caused by a gaming fault on the machine itself.

In addition, once targets have been assigned for profit and turnover Smart Operator will clearly show in each graph which EGMs are meeting target levels.
